Modern and non-messy facade paints

The Optomal brand by Optolith® contains also a wide range of modern exterior paints for residential and commercial buildings. Thanks to their original formulas, these products form hydrophobic coatings, which have self-cleaning properties.
It means that rainwater is not absorbed by them, but rather runs off without penetrating the layer. This increases durability of the facade and reduces the dirt accumulation. Dirt and moisture do not penetrate the building wall, but settle on its surface. These paints can therefore be easily removed by water – as they are generally washed away by rain.
Optomal exterior paints have excellent adhesion to substrates. They are also highly resistant to UV light, frost, and changing temperatures. The facades painted with Optolith® paints have a special surface, which facilitates self-cleaning from dust.

This product range is dedicated to creation of protective and decorative coatings on the facades of buildings. Thanks to Optolith® exterior paints, it is possible to create a durable coating with high resistance to adverse weather conditions. The type of the binder used determines purpose of the paint.

SILICONE PAINTS
These are solutions with a silicone dispersion. The most important feature of our silicone paints is its high resistance to water. Coatings made of the hydrophobic silicone paints absorb hardly any water – henceforth any wall dirt can easily be removed without any damage to the coating. Another brilliant advantage, is a very high water vapour permeability.

SILOXANE DISPERSION PAINTS
These are products based on organic binders enriched with water-repellent agents.
They are characterised by high resistance to weather conditions, good adhesion, and the colour fastness. It is a solution guaranteeing quality results.

SILICATE PAINTS
Potassium glass, that is the binding agent in these silicate paints, make them ideal for mineral substrates, ensuring the best adhesion. Moreover, the end-result coatings do not limit vapour permeability. Optolith® silicate paints are also known for lower resistance to water. They are dedicated to mineral substrates only.

SOLO-SILICATE PAINTS
They are based on a modern concept. Coatings made with these Optolith® paints are breathable, and highly resistant to any weather conditions.
Their advantage is a perfectly matt surface, and therefore they are suitable to both mineral and organic substrates.
